Liability Waiver

This waiver is accepted separately from the Terms & Conditions at registration because it covers one specific thing: what happens when you act on odds data.
1. Assumption of risk
Sports betting involves a substantial risk of loss. Any wager you place — with any sportsbook, informed by anything you saw on this platform — is your decision and your risk alone.
2. No wagering services
OddsExchange does not accept or place bets, does not hold funds, and cannot affect the outcome or settlement of any wager. Disputes about a bet belong with the sportsbook that took it.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or timeliness
Odds displayed here are snapshots of fast-moving markets. Lines move, books correct errors, and feeds lag. You acknowledge that displayed prices may differ from what a sportsbook actually offers at bet time, and you agree to verify before wagering.
4. Not financial or gambling advice
Tools such as arbitrage, positive-EV, and line-movement analytics are mathematical aids, not recommendations. Nothing on this platform is advice to place any bet.
5. Release and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release OddsExchange, its operators, and its data suppliers from claims arising out of betting losses or decisions made in reliance on the data, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service.
6. Acknowledgement
By ticking the waiver box at registration you confirm you are 21+, you understand the risks above, and you accept them. Your acceptance is timestamped and stored with your account.
